Even though it took a while to arrive, I was still so excited to receive my July Owlcrate box! Everything in the box is useful and beautiful and I couldn’t wait to get to using many of the items! This month’s book was Goddess in the Machine by Lora Beth Johnson and it’s a book I’m super excited to read. Owlcrate’s edition came with gorgeous gold sprayed edges, was signed, and featured a different coloured cover. While not pictured, there is also a cute foiled star on the hardcover!

My favourite item in this box by far was The Raven Cycle inspired apron designed by Paperbackbones. As you can see in the photo, I put it to use right away to attempt to make ley-line cookies! It’s easy to clean and has two useful pockets to keep utensils nearby.

The July box also featured the next Cara Kozik Harry Potter mug for year 6. This is the last one they will be including in their box for this year. As usual, Cara did an amazing job at bringing scenes from the sixth book on to one adorable painting!

Next up are some smaller items that will be very useful for me in my home office! There’s a small bag of Simon’s Sour Cherry Scones tea blend by Riddle’s Tea Shoppe inspired by Carry On and it smells AMAZING! There is also a Hunger Games-inspired arrow-shaped paperclip set also designed by Paperbackbones, and a Star Wars-inspired wooden bookmark featuring my bae Kylo on one side and Rey on the other that was created by In The Reads.

Finally, there was also this gorgeous pin based on Goddess in the Machine designed by Jubly Umph! How great is everything in this box?!
